Mr. Greenberg focuses on the defense of white-collar crime and other felony prosecutions. He successfully won not-guilty verdicts for clients charged with murder, bank fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, drug distribution, extortion, assault, unlawful disposal of toxic materials, malicious wounding, embezzlement, obtaining money by false pretenses, and other federal and state crimes.
Mr. Greenberg also focuses on personal injury and is part of the million-dollar verdict club. He regularly mediates, litigates, and resolves personal injury cases.
Prior to co-founding GreenbergCostle, PC in 2008 with Caroline Costle, he was a partner at Rich Greenberg Rosenthal Costle, LLP. He previously served as a prosecutor in the office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Alexandria, and was a principal in the Old Town Alexandria law firm of Greenberg, Bracken and Tran.
During his 28 years of practice, he gained extensive experience in domestic relations litigation, which is a primary focus for his law partner Caroline Costle. Mr. Greenberg has appeared on MSNBC, local cable stations, and on radio.{Link to Kelly radio show}. He regularly participates as a justice for Langley High School’s Case Day, and has served as a judge in the Capitol Challenge. Mr. Greenberg is part of the legal advisory panel for the ACLU and the Virginia Supreme Court recommended him to the Bench-Bar Committee. Mr. Greenberg serves as vice-chair for an ethics disciplinary panel of the Virginia State Bar.
He is a marathon runner, cyclist and wine enthusiast. Mr. Greenberg has completed 2 parts of a wine certification and has lectured on wine law.
Cary attended the Harvard Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School in 2016.

Ms. Costle has practiced law for twenty-one years. She has focused primarily on Family law – divorce, custody, support, and complex property issues. She is experienced in reaching comprehensive, negotiated resolutions through negotiation and mediation or, when necessary, litigating matters in court. Ms. Costle has also actively litigated numerous non-divorce related matters, successfully obtaining favorable outcomes in cases ranging from murder trials and protective orders to assault and battery. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of family law, civil litigation, personal injuries, and criminal defense. She served as President of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association from 2005 to 2006 and as President of the Northern Virginia Chapter 2000-2001. (Connection to internet radio program). Timothy R. Bradley

Mr. Bradley has been an associate attorney with the firm since 2011. His practice focuses on family law, criminal law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. His legal experience includes divorce (contested and uncontested), child custody, equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, and protective orders. He also represents individuals charged with, felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic infractions. Mr. Bradley has also tried and settled cases involving motor vehicle-related personal injuries, and premises liability. Mr. Bradley devotes his time working with clients, attending court hearings, preparing for trials, and working towards reaching practical solutions for his clients.
Mr. Bradley was born and raised outside of Chicago, Illinois and earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007. After completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Bradley spent a year in Lyon, France, where he taught English at a French high school.
Mr. Bradley moved to Arlington, Virginia in 2008, where he attended law school at the George Mason University School of Law. In 2009, during his first summer of law school, Mr. Bradley began working with GreenbergCostle through George Mason’s domestic relations legal clinic, where he assisted clients in preparing the proper pleadings for no-fault divorce matters. Mr. Bradley continued to clerk at GreenbergCostle until his graduation from law school. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and golfing.
